Rewarding your customers

Boss Cart Shop Owner has facility reward their customer with discount points on every shopping.

Customer with adequate point level (set by shop owner) will be given discount during checkout. The point balance can be checked in the customer’s account whenever they wish to.

At the end of shopping the software will display the information of the points your customer has collected with the purchase and the total point balance in a separate email along with order confirmation email.

Shop owner can enable or disable the reward system optionally. On enabling the reward system the amount in the default currency for each point should be configured. The Shop owner should also enter the highest amount of points for the discount and the amount of discount in the default currency.

Shop owner will be able to customize the graphic and text in email template to send the reward collected notice to customer. Additionally the reward text and graphic can be configured which is shown at the special offers page. This can also be done creating a new content.

To reward your customer follow the steps below

  1. Login to the admin panel using http://www.yoursite.com/shopkeeper/login.php
    1. Enter your administrator username in username text box
    2. Enter your password in password text box
  2. In the main page Click on "Shipping Tax and Discount"
  3. Click on 'Reward System'
  4. Click on edit icon ( a pencil icon on the right )
  5. Enter your desired values
