Configuring Shipping Zones and their rates

Shipping zone is the zone you would like to deliver products to.

Shipping rate can be added to shipping zone. Shipping rate may be

1. Flat for certain subtotal with certain weight range
2. Percentage of order subtotal
3. Per item charge
4. Per KG charge ( here it is mentioned in kg because by default the weight unit is kg )

To configure Shipping zone please follow the steps below

1. Login to the admin panel using http://www.yoursite.com/shopkeeper/login.php
   1. Enter your administrator user name in user name text box
   2. Enter your password in password text box
2. In the main page Click on ' Shipping Tax & Discount'
3. Click on ' Ship Zone Names '
   
4. Click on pencil icon to edit the country and region.
5. Edit the country and states . ( the country will only be listed in the country drop down and the states chosen will be listed in the states drop down list )
6. Add zip mask and city mask if you want customers to enter shipping address of that range .
7. Click on 'Add/Edit Rates' on step 1
   

If you have only one delivery cost for the shipping zone

1. Edit one of Flat Charge or Per Item Charge or Per Kg charge to some value and keep others 0.

IF you have order subtotal Range

1. Click on 'Add new range'
2. Enter the subtotal range. If you do not want the weight range to affect . Enter the highest Weight range.
   
3. Enter the Weight range. If you do not want the order range to affect . Enter the highest Subtotal range.
   
4. If you want both subtotal and weight to affect . Enter both the subtotal and weight range as below
